‘A Song of Ice and Fire’ Video Games to be released
It is not news to the rest of the world but its news to this site because we are so new. As well as the HBO series ‘A game of thrones’ which has justed started production in Scotland and Belfast, the ‘A song of Fire and Ice’ series is also been converted into two video games.
The first game will be a first person RPG games and the other as real time stratgery game. Both are being produced by Cyanide Studios who have been looking to run with these games for a number of years now according to George RR Martins website. The websites also states that the deal was struck in June this year and the games should be ready for release in the summer of 2011, which should line up very well with the end of the first series of Game of Thrones with all things beign well.

This is some generic feedback (feel free to remove it from this thread). In your right sidebar you have a list of ASOIAF links under the heading “Fire and Ice”. The name of the series is “A Song of Ice and Fire”. It’s easy to get the two in the wrong order (I used to do it myself!).

OK cheers for the heads up on the visdeo and the card games, they had crossed my path on wiki but I thought they were very old hat now and thus not considered news.
However its been along week new site, new field to research, new books to read, and a new baby son (I could of timed this better couldn’t I). So am not up to speed on everything just yet. I will do little research and get to them later
As far as the links …… it would mess the page layout up no end to use the full title, im off the opinion that people know what it means within the context of the site, so unless im stoned to death for heresy it stays for the moment … ah edit … i see what you mean now the order, Ok thats changed.
