Im holding judgement on Mark Addy, he may be able to add the element of latent danger to this role, if he pulls this off he goes up in my estimation as an actor. I hope you're right about Tamzin Merchant being recast. Dont see her as Daenerys - that forehead is just huge. You need someone icy beautiful with just a touch of crazy for that character. The other casting I agree with your comments - Mark Addy as Robert Baratheon. He's too teddybear cuddly. Robert has gone to seed but should have more good looking presence eg Brian Dennehy. Anyway.
